  • Our Heat Pump stopped working late Winter and we had to use our Baseboard Heaters. We contacted a few Services in the area and Nova was the first to respond. Within a week a Technician was here and after an extensive examination of the two Units, he was able to locate the problem in the outside Unit. Being the second owner of the Mitsubishi Heat Pump, we weren't certain whether it was going to be warrantied. The Office got back to us and we learned it was, due to the age of the Unit. After receiving the part, they returned, installed it and everything is operating 100%. We would easily recommend Nova Heat Pumps & Air Conditioning in a heartbeat. It was a very pleasant experience from the Office Manager's professionalism, and quick responses, to the Technician skill and ability to speak to us where we understood the issues.
